WOA Seniors is an international network of enthusiastic senior ministries of Olivet local churches that wants to make a difference in their lives and the lives of other seniors in their communities by spreading the Message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As seniors have lived long lives, they can testify to the eternal character of the truth embodied in the Bible, culminating with the wealth of experiences that they have accumulated over a life time. The WOA Senior ministry have a unique position in being witnesses of God’s glory and faithfulness to congregations and communities.
The Senior Ministry in WOA intends to be a platform that elder people can use in their quest for drawing closer to God. This Ministry exists to highlight the presence of seniors in WOA churches and at the same time serve as a platform for senior members to witness and participate in the mission of the church in an environment of devotion and fellowship.
To welcome New Year 2020 in prayer of gratitude and praise to God, World Olivet Assembly churches around the world gather at midnight to give service as first thing in New Year's Day.
Birth of Christ has changed history of the world, he was light that came into darkness. In order to meditate on meaning of Jesus birth in to this world WOA congregations come together in a retreat to study the Bible passages depicting the birth of Son of God and Savior.
